APG Meeting Sept 23rd, 2025, 6:00–7:30 PM @ The Lyndon House

Chris Greer is the producer and co-host of the PBS TV show View Finders, now in its 4th season, which highlights the adventures of two landscape photographers who are traveling the globe in search of the most beautiful locations to photograph. Chris will give a presentation that is wide-ranging and pulls back the curtain on filming a television show that is dedicated to landscape photography.

Topics will include everything from his gear to some behind-the-scenes of the show, and also his approach to photography. Footage from the show will be played and he will share stories about his adventures and the images he has been able to capture while filming the show. He will provide several examples of images from his portfolio and talk about composition, subjects, and techniques he uses to focus the viewer’s eye on the most important part of the image.
